Coffee Revealed Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the rules of engagement between the customer and Coffee Revealed when cancellations are necessary and the instances when a refund will be granted.  It also describes the events that are not in Coffee Revealed control that may lead to cancellation and refund forfeiting.  Please read this policy in it's entirety before you book your appointment.

​Definition of Cancellation

​

If an appointment was scheduled with Coffee Revealed and;

  1. You are a no-show

  2. You did not reschedule

  3. You did not call/cancel within 48 hours before your appointment time

  4. You did not e-mail pictures of your coffee cup for your reading before your appointment

It is construed that you intended to cancel your appointment. 

 

Cancellation and Refund 

For the purposes of this Policy:

​

  1. Refunds for cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment:

  • If you cancelled your appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment a full refund will be issued and you will receive it as soon as your banking institution process it. 

  • If you rescheduled your appointment a refund will not be issued to you because you will use the service at a later date.

  • Showing up to the appointment unprepared is considered a cancellation (did not e-mail to me clear images of your coffee cup before the appointment)  a refund will not be issued because I still allotted the time to meet with you, which prevented me from booking other appointments.

    2. Refund Requests

  • Booked appointments that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment will not be refunded

  • Booked appointments with coffee cup images that are fuzzy, dark or unreadable will be available for rescheduling but not refunded

  • Booked appointments with missing coffee cup images will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund

  • Refund Requests after the coffee reading service will not be honored because I took the time to read your cup, which prevented me from booking other appointments.  Coffee reading is very esoteric and may sound abstract, there are no rules of conducting it a right or wrong way and it is purely driven by my natural gift to reveal and interpret the coffee grounds. Please read what to expect, what not to expect and the disclaimers prior to your appointment.  I also encourage you to watch all the videos on the social networks for more information prior to your appointment.  My goal is to provide an extraordinary coffee reading experience but understand that the reading will only be authentic if I communicate what I see at the time of the reading, which may be different than, what you would like to hear at this moment.

What Not To Expect:

Fatal Forecasting

I believe in materializing of thoughts and would not communicate future fatal life event even if I see it.

Exact Data

I often see dates, letters, names and sometimes messages from passed loved ones but it all depends on your cup at the time of reading, so please do not have expectations.  This is where multiple readings may be helpful.  

The Winning Lottery Numbers

If your purpose for the reading is to get the winning lottery numbers, there are no guarantees. If it is in your cup, I will certainly let you know because I believe that your lucky numbers are not mine.

Disclaimers

  1. Coffee reading is very esoteric and may sound abstract, there are no rules of conducting it a right or wrong way and it is purely driven by my natural gift to reveal and interpret the coffee grounds.

  2. Giving a coffee cup that I read to someone else to read is a bad omen and the coffee reading will be different when done by someone else.

  3. Your reading will always be different from others, simply because it is yours, understand that experiences in coffee reading vary from person to person.

  4. If the reading is not what you expected, understand that I will still spend the time with you and do my best to reveal all the hidden messages in your coffee cup.  If this is the case, I would recommend a second reading because you may not be open or ready for what I had to tell you the first time, or your coffee grounds did not show events of your concern at the time.

  5. While the sessions are conducted via telephone or facetime, I do not consent to video or voice recordings of the coffee reading sessions.

  6. While the coffee reading may potentially provide you with insights of events or people in your life, with answers or direction, it is not intended to trigger any adverse actions or life changing decisions. I cannot be held liable for actions and personal decisions you make after your reading. 

  7. Understand that I respect your privacy and all of the information about your reading session will be kept confidential. 

  8. All appointments are pre-paid in order to plan my time for you.  Please notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.  In case of cancelation you will be fully refunded.
